Doula support custom-made for families growing through surrogacy or adoption. You’ve got this—and I’ve got you!

Twelve daytime/evening hours of essential support tailored to your specific wishes and needs. My time with you might include:

Answering questions on your baby, and the transition/return to parenthood
Supporting family members, and answering their questions
Providing tips to maximize sleep—yours, as well as baby’s!
Infant feeding support
General infant care while you shower, relax or rest
Information/demonstrations on infant care (diapering, bathing, swaddling, baby wearing, etc.) and development
Household tasks such dishes, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation
Connecting you to local resources and health practitioners
Alternate tasks as agreed

Time may be spent as two six-hour shifts, or three shifts of 4 hours.

(The Essentials Package is available to current/former clients at a 15% discount).

An additional 12 hours of daytime/evening doula care for your baby and for you.

For use in two sessions of 6 hours, or three sessions of 4 hours.
